@ both of you. The Yaoi Press/Kellie thing was snark. A joke made on my friends LJ because I have a past with both companies. There's speculation, because I'm the only one who said it. ((^_-))

As for it being Dr. Master...who knows.

@gia >> The idea of it being a part of Yaoi Press does seem pretty unlikely to me. The company is already well established enough as is, and if they did start licensing, I doubt they'd start a new section (especially with a name like Yaoi Generation, with them already being Yaoi Press).

If Yaoi Generation is going to be at Otakon (I believe I heard that around?) as people as saying, hopefully we'll get some more info then.

I still say it's unlikely to be Yaoi Press-- the reasoning behind that guess was that Kellie Lynch, who is now working for YP, is living in the Bay Area, but I didn't get the sense she was interested in licensing materials. And even if she was, why would YP start a whole new company when they already have an established reputation?

The other guess was DrMaster, because they're also based in Fremont, so I suppose that's possible. I did manage to acquire a name by doing a whois on the website: Thuy Duong. But I can't get anything remotely helpful on anyone with that name.
