I'm happy to hear some Kuriousity reviews inspired some purchases you've enjoyed! Waiting for next volumes of really good series is always the hardest part of any great find. At least as Shannon pointed out with Kingyo Used Books you can read some chapters from volume two over at SigIkki.com. Not the same as the book in your hand but the option is much appreciated for those of us very eagerly awaiting the next installment.

If you don't mind reading manga off your computer screen, you can read chapters of volume two at Viz's website sigikki.com. The first chapter in volume two deals with my favorite Osamu Tezuka manga 'Adolf,' and it's great (both the manga and the chapter).

A went out and bought Kingyo Used Books today and I was not disappointed this is my second "blind buy" based on a Kuriosty review (the first was My Girlfriend's a Geek wich is also superb.) from humour to pathos it's really good too bad I have to wait till October for volume two.

Kare Kano was released just as I was going through high school, so I got really invested in that series since the characters went through a lot of the same things I was going through at the time. I still go back and read it when I'm looking for something to cheer me up, so it also fills that role.

Azumanga Daioh is a great pick-me-up too. Sometimes just thinking about Chiyo-chan's dad is enough to make me laugh.

This seres sounds great I can't speak to reading any Manga in Highschool since I got into the game pretty late (23). But I know the feeling of having a sereis yu can turn to no matter what for me it's Azumanga Daioh (wich is also the first Manga I ever read) It's like a little four panel Anti Depresant
